About me
The professional journey of Mr. Primož Peterca began with a foundation in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Aircraft Engineering, from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Ljubljana, followed by military service that instilled discipline and resilience.
Transitioning to civilian roles, Primož honed their skills as a Technical Manager in the Slovenian Army, refining problem-solving abilities and system navigation expertise.
As Sales and Marketing Department Manager at Minolta Slovenija d.o.o., he cultivated strategic thinking, effective communication, and customer engagement skills.
Stepping into entrepreneurial ventures, Primož owned and managed Panna Plus d.o.o., leveraging technical acumen and leadership to drive growth for over a decade. Panna Plus became a leading regional service and integrated solution provider for defence, law enforcement, and civil security.
Since 2013 he is leading one of the crucial hi-tech companies in the defence industry in Slovenia – Guardiaris. Company’s quest is to transform the concept of military training by pushing scientific boundaries and suit it best to the new generation of soldiers. Guardiaris is known for its advanced fully customized weapon simulators, utilizing proprietary game-engine and cutting-edge laserless technology, which has revolutionized military training.

With a distinguished 17-year heritage, Guardiaris stands at the forefront of the defence industry, specializing in cutting-edge simulation technology. Our simulators have made a global impact, serving on four continents, and being adopted by NATO and neutral armies alike.
We excel in providing simulation and training solutions in virtual environments, utilizing digital replicas and defence digital twins. From small arms and shoulder-launched weapons to anti-tank and anti-aircraft systems, our expertise extends to remote weapon stations integrated onto vehicles ranging from 4x4 to 8x8, including Main Battle Tank simulators. Our comprehensive portfolio encompasses UAV and UGV simulation, spanning from desktop setups to immersive 6 DoF motion training environments.
The innovative Guardiaris platform seamlessly bridges live and collective training with virtual simulation, fostering unified simulation environments that accommodate any digital replica across diverse geographies, from squad level and beyond. We pride ourselves on offering a full spectrum of services, from 4D After-Action Review and performance analytics to training management, scenario development, and terrain tools. Furthermore, our commitment to excellence extends to trainee well-being, incorporating physiological sensing to provide insights into stress and cognitive load levels (eye tracking, fNIRS, EEG, ECG, GSR, SpO2). In every aspect, we redefine the boundaries of simulation technology to meet the evolving needs of modern defence forces.
