1. Registration |16 September 2024 - 28 November 2024
To register to the meeting sessions, click on the "Register Now" button in the upper right corner. 

2. Set up a profile 
Create a strong profile which will raise your visibility on the platform. Make it clear and concise. Your profile should describe who you are, what you offer or search for to potential partners and who you want to meet. A good profile will significantly generate more meeting request. Don't forget your profile will be visible even after the event. 

3. Request meetings | 11 November 2024 - 28 November 2024
Be active, not reactive. Browse published PARTICIPANTS profiles, use the filter options (countries, business field etc.) and send meeting requests to those you want to meet at the event. 
In the MARKETPLACE section participants can browse offers or requests and filter for specific products or company profile.
Send out messages to interesting participants to introduce yourself and initiate conversations even before the event to establish stronger connections. Adding a meaningful remark why you are interested in a meeting will increase the chance that your request will be accepted. It is also possible to choose when to schedule the meeting according to the agendas. You can book meetings and also receive meeting requests from other interested participants.

4. Agenda  Access your meetings in My Schedule or clicking the icon 🤝🏻 where you have your complete schedule for the event, as well as the list of your meetings. Your personal agenda is always updated and available for download from your profile page: you can print the pdf version and you can also link it to your custom calendar so you will receive alerts when appointments are scheduled. Kindly remind that only the confirmed meetings will enter your agenda.
