The idea for the iHELP was originated 2011 and Safety Point outdoor totem (digital sign) originated in 2018. Disturbing statistics related to cardiovascular disease (i.e., +46.500 people a day die from sudden cardiac arrest in the world) made us aware of the opportunity to provide an accessible and above all faster assistance to the general public.
The following concept has proven itself in the marketplace. iHELP is free mobile application that creates a care network bringing family, friends, first responders and professional rescuers closer together in cases of emergency. We are building network of defibrillators and First responders globally!
Safety Point outdoor LCD totem provides a 24/7 defibrillator (AED), cleaner air, 12 environment weather sensors, educational first aid content, an SOS button (call for help and organize mutual assistance in cases of emergency), electrical charging station (car, bike, phone), iHELP SOS mobile application (map of AEDs close by, first aid content, SOS alarm to first responders in radius of 500 meters) to increase safety and better environment.
Another aspect is that each Safety Point filters more than 24.000 m3 of polluted air per day. Including tiny particles down to two and half microns or less (PM 2.5).
Safety Point gets premium locations and will significantly reduce the current high level of mortality in cases of sudden cardiac arrests and increase the level of public awareness how to assist in cardiac arrests, improve the level of socially responsible communication and simultaneously clean the air.
One of the goals of the project is to provide a unique Smart City solution for the city and its citizens. The company has identified that the city center is the main focus to address the problem:
Every year 10 million people die of air pollution and over 17.4 million people as a result of cardiovascular diseases., There is only a 10 % chance of survival in case of sudden cardiac arrest., Poor awareness of assistance of sudden cardiac arrest needs to be improved., Lack of visibility and availability of defibrillators is an issue., The totems secure faster access to professional rescuers to the place of emergency., European Union allocates €200 billion annually for the purposes of resolving cardiovascular diseases., The global advertising market reached a value of €640 billion in 2021 and the DOOH (Digital-out-of-home) is the fastest growing segment.
Andraž patented the first outdoor LCD screen in 2004 and was innovator in the new industry. His visionary approach and expertise in DOOH and Street Furniture have made him primus motor in these two industries. Andraž is also founder of a company iHELP Ltd. that is involved in health safety, SOS app, SOS button, CPR trainings, building network of First Responders and AED.
