High performance network

SoftNET Global Network focuses on low latency worldwide connectivity through our own operated POPs in Europe (Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Romania, Macedonia, Montenegro, Russia) and Asia (China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia).

Our POPs are also located in Middle East (Dubai), Africa (Johannesburg and Mauritius), North America (Seattle) and Brasil (Sao Paulo). SoftNET is present at major Internet hubs in Asia and Europe where we can interconnect with other carriers. These hubs include Hong Kong (HKIX), Singapore (SGIX), Frankfurt (DE-CIX) and Vienna (VIX).

Managed IP Services

Dark Fibre

Dark Fibre is a dedicated fibre-optic connection between two end-points. The customer has the freedom to deploy and maintain any hardware of their choice to fit their business needs, even if they change during the contract term.

Metro Ethernet

Metro Ethernet is a layer 2 Point-to-Point or Point-to-Multipoint service connecting two sites using Ethernet. It is a carrier centric service delivered over a high capacity and low latency Ethernet core. The Ethernet core is protected over SoftNET’s diverse fibre paths. Bandwidth capacity can be easily scaled between 1 Mbit/s to 10 Gbit/s.

Data Center

SoftNET colocation, dedicated server and virtual server services provide a reliable, secure and stable environment in several countries across Europe and Asia.

DIA (Dedicated Internet Access) & BIA (Business Internet Access)

SoftNET’s DIA provides high-speed reliable internet access for enterprise customers on our own fiber network. Performance is guaranteed up to the Internet backbone without overbooking. SoftNET’s BIA provides affordable alternative using FTTx infrastructure with best effort performance.
