Technical Protection of Lead-Acid Batteries Production Line

In one of the major projects of the last year, we encountered the problem of an uncontrolled increase in temperature at the battery charger.

The problem was a very demanding environment, due to the presence of acid substances.

The client wanted a complete implementation, which included the electrical installation, the performance of a custom-made support structure, and the signaling of the responsible personnel.

We found a solution in unique temperature detectors, mainly intended for demanding environments in thermal power plants. We made it possible for the customer to detect the location of the fault extremely precisely, thereby preventing additional damage to the production line.
