We identify and develop your new international key Customers and strategic distributors before the MEDICA event in November, organizing earlier for you, your specific business agenda in the fair, with one-to-one new buyers and distributors meetings (found and developed by us) already scheduled at your booth during the fair in Germany to optimize and capitalize your participation at the fair ( The Buyer Agenda Project should start several weeks before the event, it to be able to collect a valid and strong agenda)

HOW WE OPERATE?

 When our Client would like to develop one or more Columdae ApS' markets in finding new international Clients / Distributors (it depends by the type of research), we start to send our Questionnaire (in attached) to understand the potential of the projects and get the best knowledge of our tasks. It is free of charge and it will be forwarded to each of our local Research Specialists (after it will be filled in) in the all selected markets requested from our Client. It usually takes between 3-5 working days before having a feedback from us, to let you know if we consider the Project potential in terms of success.

The reason of this Preliminary Check is because we don't want to open projects which could have probably bad potentials in terms of results. Both for guarantee to our Clients in not investing in a wrong activity but as well for us to have strong chances in reaching our Success Fees (50% of the total value Project Fee) in terms of efforts and time which we are going to invest

HOW WE ACHIEVE SUCCESS?

 When we start a Project, after a Kick Off meeting with you and our Local Export Specialist to share input and strategy, our activities and actions take 90 working days,  with a dedicated research, identification, and directly  contact and managing your specific partners in our countries. As well as, after 45 working days, we provide a Mid-Report (for a strategic check with you and optimization of second half of our acuities in the market), with a direct list of contacts made so far.  During this time, we stress in organizing direct contacts / Video Conference Calls between you and your key Partner identified for closing your possible deal with them. In the end of our duty - after approx. four months -, we will select and development all potential deals in the market – if not already made during our Project -, after the fully mapped and developed of the selected market. We also deliver our Final Report, reporting all activities made and all strategic contacts and feedback done, together with specific outlook for each of your specific direct key partners identified.

PRICE:

Our Proposal is divided between a Fixed Fee (50% of total Project’s Value) and a Success Fee (the remaining 50% of the total fee) .

For Clients Search, for example in Germany our Proposal will be structure like Fixed Fee and the remaining 50% Success Fee of total value project, only and exclusive when you close a new deals with one or more clients, we have found for you. 90 working days activities from the Kick Off meeting with our Project Coordinator. Adding more markets, we usually provide progressive key discount thanks to economy of scale. All markets in Europe have the same price, except some of markets due to their size, which has higher rate because we need to involve more local Export Research Specialists in the specific market.

Regarding Success fee: Columdae will be allowed to get only and exclusively for the first Client or Partner acquired in each selected project market included in our list within 12 months from delivering of our Final Report. For any more than one client in the same market will be not any additional fee or commission, it will be free of charge
