Eliar Electronics Inc. is an SME established in Istanbul, Turkey in 1984. Eliar has the mission of advancing product and system development through multidisciplinary R&D efforts in the field of Industrial Automation. The company manufactures Industrial Control Devices, Industrial Software, and Mechatronic Systems. As such, Eliar houses teams specializing in Hardware and Smart Sensors, Embedded Systems, Desktop and Mobile Software, Mechatronics/Robotic Systems, Control Engineering, Machine Learning, and Data Science. Devices and systems designed and developed by Eliar are successfully operational in numerous countries across Asia, Europe, Central and South America, the Middle East, and Africa. Sustaining R&D endeavors and ensuring continual advancement remain at the forefront of Eliar's priorities. The company is actively pursuing inclusion in the international R&D ecosystem and is currently engaged in several international projects.
Our product families include:
Sensors and smart sensors: Pressure, magnetic, conductivity, absorbance, and flow sensors.
Hardware: Comprising input and output modules, PLCs, and machine controllers-operator panels.
Software: This encompasses embedded software for sensors and PLCs, controller systems, web/desktop-based SCADA and MES applications, and ERP integration.
Mechatronics: Focused on machines, electronics, and software for the robotic weighing and distribution of chemicals and dyes.
In addition to the competencies needed to design and develop the a forementioned products, our R&D initiatives aimed at generating applicable results are as follows:
Computer Engineering: Specializing in web & mobile application design and development, relational and time-series database technologies, Linux, microservices architecture, containerization, UI/UX design, and the use of software development platforms and tools.
Control Engineering: Expertise in process control technologies, PLC programming-Codesys, industrial communication protocols, and network technologies.
Hardware and Mechanical Engineering: Keeping abreast of current technologies, prototyping, and robotics.
Industry 4.0: Smart sensors, industrial data collection & digitalisation, data warehouses, data analytics, machine learning, Generative AI, LLMs, edge to cloud continuum, anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, and adaptive process control.
