Isabella Mader

Isabella Mader serves as the Executive Director of Excellence Research and is a university lecturer on IT Strategy, Business Psychology, and Human Factors in AI.

In 2013, she was recognized as "Top CIO of the Year" by EY (in Austria).

Prior to her current role, she served as CEO of a software company and worked on methodology development at the CTBTO (Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty Organization, On-Site Inspection/United Nations).

Her current work includes IT and AI strategy, knowledge management, policy research and organizational behavior. She authored numerous articles, book chapters and books contributing to these fields and appears as a frequent keynote speaker at prestigious international conferences.
