China Industrial Control Systems Cyber Emergency Response Team

Founded in 1959, the China Industrial Control Systems Cyber Emergency Response Team (hereinafter referred to as 'the Center') is a public institution directly under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China and serves as an important service support institution in the field of industrial information security. The Center has established three major business systems: comprehensive protection of industrial information security, promotion services for key software ecosystem, and digital transformation services for manufacturing. The Center provides a range of public services including think tank consulting, technology research and development, inspection and testing, experimental verification, evaluation and assessment, intellectual property management, and data resource provision. Additionally, the Center has long been engaged in management support work related to audio-visual collection and production, archival documentation, scientific journal publication, engineering construction, and yearbook publication.
