Vanguard Leaders for SDG in AI World

This workshop introduces participants to Vanguard Leadership (VL), a forward-thinking leadership framework designed to align with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in an AI-driven world. VL in its present form integrates resilience, critical thinking, and AI augmentation to drive meaningful action toward achieving the SDGs in a rapidly evolving global landscape. 

Workshop Highlights:

• Discuss the implications of AI, automation, and geopolitical shifts for leadership in the context of the SDGs.

• Introduce an operational Vanguard Leadership definition and framework rooted in resilience, critical thinking, and AI augmentation.

• Explore leadership principles inspired by modern strategies to address SDG challenges.

• Discuss the potential decline of green agendas, diversity initiatives, and inclusivity as efficiency narratives begin to dominate.

• Foster resilience and agility strategies in leadership while leveraging AI-driven insights to promote sustainable development.

Target Audience

The workshop is designed for members of the COTRUGLI CO-LAB mentorship network and other interested stakeholders passionate about advancing their leadership development with a focus on the SDGs. The session invites maximum feasible participation and critical perspectives from attendees to enrich the conversation and create a viable alternatives.

Expected Outcomes

1. Vanguard Leadership (VL) Attendees will help to refine a proposed Vanguard Leadership (VL) framework and its alignment with the SDGs, addressing contemporary leadership challenges.

2. Critical Perspectives: Attendees will share their views to help shape the evolution of leadership development within the COTRUGLI CO-LAB network.

3. Community Engagement: Attendees will develop enhanced collaboration and knowledge-sharing among mentors and stakeholders within the COTRUGLI CO-LAB network to advance SDG initiatives.
