Cluster manager for Arctic Cluster Team – ACT, a leading industrial innovation cluster from Northern Norway.

My organisation

We are looking for partners to develop solutions for zero emission and zero waste industry. Also developing digital solutions, robotics and autonomous logistics for, and in collaboration with process industries. Interested in co-creating solutions with international partners, and offering industrial scale piloting. The ACT partnership includes more than 100 members from process industry (minerals, metals, alloys, concrete, furtilizers, battery, hydrogen, ammonia, e-fuels), renewable power plants, a wide range of suppliers, manufacturing industries, R&D, education, investors and entrepreneurs. Arctic Cluster Team (ACT) aims to be a driving force for the sustainable transition of Norway. Through increased innovation capacity and competitiveness for the industry, ACT will help fulfill Norway’s obligations under the Paris agreement. The partnership consists of entreprises with a wide range of areas of expertise, and from different parts of the process industry value chain. The cluster is one of the leading industrial hubs in Norway. ACT was established in 2016 and are today a cluster at the top level in Norway and awarded the European GOLD Label for Cluster Management Excellence.

About me

Passion: regional development and growth in the Arctic through innovation and collaboration.

Developing new green industry and accelerating the twin transition. Supporting SMEs and large coorporates in achieving their goals for sustainability and digital transition, and developing sustainable solutions for the world.

The goal for the innovation company Kunnskapsparken (Knowledge Park Helgeland) is to increase growth in the Arctic region of Helgeland, and their services include business development, cluster management, trainee programs, innovation eco system develoment, R&D mobilization, events and conferences, management of business networks and collaborative projects for all sectors of business.

I’ve spent a decade working with regional development and building a solid portefolio of innovation collaboration projects in Kunnskapsparken Helgeland, followed by five years as General Manager (2020-2025).

Prior to joining Kunnskapsparken Helgeland in 2010, I’ve got 15 years’ of experience with engineering services and 3D modelling mainly for the process industry, including four years as QHSE Manager.

Holding two master degrees: MSc Manufacturing Technology and MBA Tech. Management. Also member of the board for the research agency of SINTEF Helgeland.
