Kamusis-Electronic Document Management System

Kamusis is an electronic document and archive management software running on Ms-SQL, POSTGRE SQL and ORACLE databases, developed in .NET platform (C#) and prepared at multi-tier architecture. Kamusis application can be accessed via internet and local area networks without additional installation. Kamusis has a fixed and variable workflow and process management engine developed considering that different governmental bodies, institutions and organizations may have different workflow and business processes. Thus, it can easily be adapted to intended workflows that will be put in process quickly in electronic environment.

E-signature/Mobile signature:

Public institutes and organizations used to communicate with other organizations, companies and people by using printed papers. Today, with the developments in IT, producing, transmitting and archiving information and documents in electronic environment become possible. In this context, Kamusis provides e-signature and mobile signature features that have all the rights and responsibilities of hand signature to our clients for digitally singing documents produced in electronic document management system.

Text Editor:

Kamusis has HTLM text editor designed to meet all the needs of its users so that it can be used to prepare documents for governmental bodies, public institutions and other organizations easily. All revisions on documents prepared on HTLM text editor are stored and can be compared with other revisions. (e.g. track revisions). By transferring them to electronic environment, Kamusis makes accessing documents easier for governmental institutes and other organizations. With its OCR module, it gives freedom to change the type of a document (Microsoft, Word, Open Office,PDF etc.). It, also, has the software component to search and edit documents by scanning files.

Electronic Correspondence:

Preparing and safely transferring documents in electronic environment within and among institutions and organizations are the most essential part of the KAMUSIS structure. Documents can be transmitted not only within the Kamusis system but also among the other products we provide.

Mobile Native Application:

Kamusis has a mobile application using our safe and secure servers. It provides easy access to documents especially for managers, directors and administrators whenever they want.
