Its mission is to promote and develop the social economy and ensure the inclusion of people with disabilities and other vulnerable groups. ADV Romania implements programmes at national and European level and is recognised as a resource centre in the field linking Eastern and Western Europe.

About me

I am one of the founding members of the "Alături de Voi" Foundation Romania, which is one of the largest organizations specializing in social economy in Eastern Europe. In June 2023, I joined AFIN IFN S.A. as Deputy Director, helping to lead the first Romanian non-banking institution dedicated to financing the social economy sector. I am currently pursuing my PhD in sociology at the Institute for Research on Quality of Life at the Romanian Academy.

Over the past 22 years, I have contributed to developing various social, educational, and entrepreneurial programs, including playing a key role in the launch and expansion of the Social Enterprise Accelerator. Through this initiative, I have helped establish 48 social enterprises across Romania, the Republic of Moldova, and Ukraine, all part of a European social economy cluster.
