I am an educational trainer, opinion leader, social activist, co-author of some oral history books, editorial director for TUDOR Communications, co-author and trainer in the Future Jobs Guide, ambassador of the Diversity Charter, and ambassador of EWA (European Women's Association).

I was editor-in-chief of Avantaje magazine for 20 years, and editor-in-chief of CARIERE Magazine for another two years. Since 2019, I am editorial director at TUDOR Communications, the founder of 2value, a virtual PR assistant, the first application in the world that transforms the way journalists and companies communicate today. Also at TUDOR Communications, I coordinated the Academy of Journalists project, part of the #respectjurnalistii campaign, awarded gold at the PR Awards 2020 for communication in the public sector.

Feminism For Real is an international media platform, a hub dedicated to women's leadership, a guide for progressive minds, a place where women can get information, power, inspiration, motivation, and men find reasons to recommend it to their daughters and women from their lives. It is a new media project of TUDOR Communications, initiated by Mihaela Tudor, dedicated to supporting female leadership and entrepreneurship, women's empowerment and gender equality in Romania and in the world.

In my practice as a journalist, I approached for the first time topics such as the professional crisis of middle age, socio-professional taboos that can undermine a professional's career, regardless of the field (health and inner balance, under socio-professional pressure, the taboo behind social status (divorce, single parenting), women in distress issues (domestic violence, physical and mental disabilities, female labor migration, mother exodus, women's civic power), digital nomadism, female leadership and female entrepreneurship, feminism.

I contributed to the launching of the first domestic violence testimonial in Romania ("Povestea unei suprabiețuitoare", by Eleonora Pokola), the first testimonial about female labor force migration ("Exodus of mothers", by Liliana Nechita), I was co-author in " My first giving birth experience. A history I lived", coordinated by Mihaela Miroiu, and in "Forța civică a femeilor" (women's civic power), coordinated by Andreea Paul.
