His talk will be about “Germany and the UK – developing a successful partnership on hydrogen” given that the British and German Governments recently signed an agreement on accelerating the development of an international hydrogen industry including promoting the trade of hydrogen and derivatives. 

David Scrimgeour is an independent adviser on hydrogen developments in Germany specialising in government relations and communications. Originally a Scots lawyer, David established a consulting business in Munich in 2000 which provides strategy and business advisory for international companies and governments. Over the past 5 years he has been focusing his business on hydrogen developments in Germany and the UK.
