Travel grants for participants from Widening Countries

CARE4BIO awards 5 travel grants per brokerage event to promising participants from Widening Countries. Travel costs for selected grantees are subsidised up to a maximum of 1000 Euro. Please note that only applications from persons working at an institution/organisation in a Widening Country are eligible. You will find a list of the relevant countries below. Potential coordinators are especially encouraged to apply. Furthermore, by the time the selection process begins, your profile should be validated. Please check your spam folder if you have registered, but neither heard from us nor been validated.

Applicants for a travel grant must fulfil certain criteria. The guidelines with the criteria and application form can be found below. To be eligible, applicants must also give a flash presentation. Travel grants offered by the NCP_WIDERA.NET project

The NCP_WIDERA.NET project partners also have launched a travel grants programme to support participation of applicants from Widening Countries to Pillar II clusters brokerage events organised on-site. Participants from Widening countries therefore have two separate option to apply for a travel grant.

The aim is to establish working contacts between coordinators looking for new partners and to increase the uptake in Horizon Europe proposal submissions. You can receive up to 1,000 EUR to cover the costs of your travel and accommodation to a matchmaking event.
