  • Biodegradable polymers will be used to design eco-friendly agricultural applications, such as mulch films and controlled release systems, supporting sustainable farming practices.

  • Lightweight and durable composite materials for agricultural machinery will be produced to increase energy efficiency and reduce operational costs.

  • Active and smart packaging solutions will be created to extend the shelf life and improve food safety, reducing waste in the agricultural value chain.

  • Training programs and scientific policy advice will be provided to strengthen the use of polymeric materials in agriculture and enhance plant health policies.
