About me
I am a professor of chemical engineering with expertise in development of food crystalline materials, particularly fats. I have expertise in lipid extraction and processing operations, liquid oil structuring (oleogelation) and thermodynamic modelling of complex fats mixtures.Furthermore, I can offer my expertise in process analytical technologies, data processing and integration for the design of monitoring and control systems for complex multiphase, multicomponent processes.
