3D Minerals

The objective of SAS 3D Minerals is to commercialize a 3D printing process for SDM (Slurry Deposition Modeling) ceramics through machines, as well as the necessary consumables and raw materials.

The knowledge developed by 3D Minerals can be applied to a variety of industries, whether for traditional or technical ceramics. 3D Minerals has a complete ceramic pilot line for developing raw materials and processes.

3D MINERALS holds a patent entitled “Process for additive manufacturing of ceramics by a liquid process, and device for implementing said process” (FR1852396, 21/03/2018).

The environmental impact of the process is particularly positive and eco-friendly. This additive process uses just the right amount of material, with the possibility of recycling raw materials or integrating fatal clays, for example.
