Kris Vanherle is a Belgian environmental engineer and transport policy researcher who co‑founded Telraam, where he now serves as CEO—championing affordable, citizen‑powered traffic monitoring using AI and open data. He previously worked with Transport & Mobility Leuven (TML), holds degrees in environmental science and biochemistry, and brings hands‑on experience in quantitative modeling, project management, and sustainable investment.
