About me
As Deputy Director for the Active Travel Programme in Dublin City, Christopher is responsible for the strategic planning, programme integration and governance for the delivery of a connected Active Travel Network for the City.
Christopher has over 25 years experience working across a range of transportation projects and initiatives. The last 15 years have focused on policy formulation and delivery of sustainable transport infrastructure, including collaboration on a number of EC research and innovation initiatives. These includes the FLOW Project under Horizon 2020, HANDSHAKE and FOLLOW.
Presently he is managing the delivery of the an ambitious Active Travel Network for the city and also leading the Dublin City team working on the Data Insights Project where Dublin City is collaborating with Bloomberg Philanthropies under the Partnership for Health Cities Programme.
