Welcome to the brokerage platform for the 2025 digital calls in Horizon Europe Cluster 4!

Ideal-ist, the network of National Contact Points (NCPs) for ICT in Horizon Europe, together with the Enterprise Europe Network invites you to participate in a brokerage event with pre-arranged online Face2Face meetings complementing the Info Days for Horizon Europe Cluster 4.

This brokerage event is a unique networking opportunity for actors in the DIGITAL field!

This event covers the call topics belonging to the DIGITAL part of Horizon Europe Cluster 4 "Digital, Industry and Space". You can find a pre-published draft of this part of the work programme 2025 here.

Who can participate?

This event is for all stakeholders in research and innovation who are interested in sharing new project ideas and finding collaboration partners for Horizon Europe Cluster 4 call topics focusing on digital technologies.
If you are not from an EU Member State and wondering whether you are eligible for participation in Horizon Europe, please check the latest list of eligible countries here. Keep in mind that some topics in the 2025 calls in Cluster 4 may be subject to Article 22(5) of the Horizon Europe Regulation and consequently have additional eligibility restrictions!

The European AI Office

The European AI Office supports the development and use of trustworthy AI, while protecting against AI risks. The AI Office was established within the European Commission as the centre of AI expertise and forms the foundation for a single European AI governance system. It particularly supports this brokerage platform in the context of the "AI-DATA-ROBOTICS Info Day and Brokerage Event".

The AI, Data & Robotics Association (Adra)

The AI, Data and Robotics Association (Adra, asbl) was founded on May 21, 2021, by five European organisations: BDVA, CAIRNE, ELLIS, EurAI and euRobotics .

Adra was created as the private side of the European Partnership on AI, Data and Robotics, one of the European Partnerships in Cluster 4 (digital, industry, and space) in Horizon Europe. The Partnership was officially launched when Adra signed an MoU with the European Commission on June 23, 2021.

Big Data Value Association (BDVA)

BDVA is an industry-driven research and innovation association with a mission to develop the innovation ecosystem that enables and accelerates the Data and AI economy with European values and focus. We help advance and promote areas such as big data technologies and services, data platforms and data spaces, Industrial AI, data-driven value creation, standardisation and skills. BDVA has over 250 members all over Europe and a well-balanced composition of large, small and medium-sized industries as well as research and user organisations.

Photonics21

The European Technology Platform Photonics21 represents more than 4,000 personal members from the photonics community of industry and research organisations. Photonics, a technology encompassing all of the products and processes around the emission, manipulation and detection of light. Photonics is integral to a wide range of industries, including the medical, healthcare, transport, manufacturing, and telecommunications sectors. The European photonics industry has considerable global leadership positions and employs more than 430,000 people directly.

Jointly with the European Commission our members develop and implement a common photonics strategy in a Horizon Europe Photonics Partnership to realise Europe's digital and green transformation goals and to secure European sovereignty.

Quantum Flagship

The Quantum Flagship is one of the most ambitious long-term research and innovation initiatives of the European Commission. It is a large-scale initiative funded at the 1b € level on a 10-year timescale. It consists in a coherent set of research and innovation projects selected through a thorough peer-review process. Calls for projects are issued based on the Flagship’s Strategic Research Agenda, thus ensuring that all actors are aligned in the pursue of the Flagship’s goals.

The goal is to consolidate and expand European scientific leadership and excellence in this research area, to kick-start a competitive European industry in Quantum Technologies and to make Europe a dynamic and attractive region for innovative research, business and investments in this field.
