It depends on the actions and activities you have planned. For example, if you are organising events, it may fall under a different category than If you will be working, which willbe classified as personal months. Cost categories are determined based on the specific activities involved.
This may vary on an individual basis. Associate partners are not included in the proposal. If they have personal months, they should contribute as beneficiaries or self-financed partners.
The indication in the call module reflects the total project funding. However, when you discuss this with your funding organisation, you may encounter limits on the amount that beneficiary partners can receive in funding from the regional/national side.
In the first stage, you are not required to attach any CVs; however, you may do so if you wish. In the full proposal stage, it is mandatory to include a CV for the principal investigator. Whether a project as a whole receives funding is determined by the overall evaluation scores, and where it then places in the ranking list. The ranking list will indicate which proposals advance. From this ranking, a selection list of sucessfull proposals will be suggested. Consequently, the total budget from one partner's funding organisation is unlikely to affect the overall funding of a proposal, as the top-up funding from the EU will be used to support over-subscribed countries. We always strive to fund as many projects as possible before the budget is depleted.
You need to include the budget per partner, as funding is allocated from each funding organisation to each partner. The budget cannot differ substantially from the pre-proposal stage to the full proposal stage. To see the changes allowed between stages, please refer to the call text section 6.2.1.
