Design, development and control of high efficiency WBG semiconductor based power converters
About
According to IEA, 'Energy efficiency is the single largest measure to avoid energy demand in the Net Zero Emissions by 2050 Scenario.' In modern world, the high efficiency power electronics is a key technology which is needed for the power processing. Our main focus is to improve efficiency of power electronics system. We specializes in power electronics based solution for various applications, such as electric drives, grid-connected converters, P2X converters. Our research group is focused on design, development, and control of high efficiency WBG semiconductor based power converter. These converters are key to achieve high energy efficiency.
