Project Cooperation for Advanced Polymer Technologies

Advanced Polymer Technologies Research Group is conducting innovation research in the field of industrial applications of polymers (composites, resins, coatings, etc.) and related fields: Macromolecular engineering, advanced polymer composites and polymer membrane technology. Currently, we have ongoing projects on advanced polymer composites, particularly focused on synthesis of thermoplastic and thermoset resin systems and development of selectively permeable polymeric/mixed matrix membranes for textile applications.

TUBITAK MAM Advanced Polymer Technologies Researh Group has developed competency in areas:

• Development of advanced polymer material for hydrogen storage tanks,

• Development of reactive resin system for recycable wind turbine blades,

• Development of PEM for electrolyser and fuel cells,

• Development of selectively-permeable FSM for gas separation applications,

• Development of ligthweight composite for off-shore PV floaters.
