Beyond generating climate-friendly electricity and reducing greenhouse gases, we believe the energy transition must also contribute to wildlife protection. For example, our solar fields, like the Oberndorf project with over 500 documented species, are truly environmentally friendly. We focus on retaining value creation within the region, organizing and strengthening local energy sector players. Through regional energy plants, we ensure local involvement and security, with communities gradually taking control of energy supply. This allows energy, data, and the associated value to return to the hands of citizens instead of anonymous corporations. With digital technologies already available, we aim to build a model that benefits everyone, including local ecosystems and future generations.
