Development of AEM Hydrogen Electrolyzer in Mobile Structure
About
EPTA, a global corporation operating in the white goods, automotive, and metal industries, specializes in producing semi-finished products by joining parts made of steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, and brass using the brazing method. For brazing process, 100% pure H2 is required. The objective of the project is to reduce the use natural gas for hydrogen production, and to increase the use of green hydrogen. Our project aims to develop a hydrogen production system capable of integrating into the furnaces of manufacturers using hydrogen gas in their processes, with technical specifications of 50 Nm³/hour. This amount is required for furnaces of average size, around 50 Nm³/hour. EPTA has adopted green transformation as part of its corporate culture and possesses green transformation strategies that align with its production. Our ongoing efforts to improve and scale up the electrolyzer developed on a pilot scale for our own production, and field application studies, will result in a new product for our company, fulfilling a significant need within the market scope of green transformation.
