About

I am working as an Assistant Professor at Yildiz Technical University Mechanical Engineering Department. During my Ph.D., I conducted experimental and theoretical studies on using hydrogen produced from renewable energy sources in domestic gas stoves by blending it with natural gas. During my doctoral studies, I took part as a researcher in an R&D project supported by the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EPDK) in Türkiye and two projects supported by the Yildiz Technical University Scientific Research Projects Coordination Unit. With these studies, I was entitled to receive the best Ph.D. thesis award from Yildiz Technical University. In addition, I have many publications in internationally indexed journals, the majority of which are in Q1. Recently, I have been working on photocatalytic hydrogen production, hydrogen storage, and fuel cells in the "Hydrogen Research Center" established within Yildiz Technical University.
