SEAir designs and integrates hydrofoils systems (retractable and with electronic control) on vessels. We can design a complete new boat or can only work on foiling systems. Major projects on defense sector are: the fast vessel TRANSFLYTOR 20 m / 800 NM / 45 kts. Speed, Autonomy, Furtivity, Agility, Efficiency … for Anti Access Area Denial & Hybrid warfare contexts., the USV ARROW, a small TRANSFLYTOR: 12m, "Flying RIB" from 8 to 12m., Fast patrol vessel, from 15 to 40m Benefits: high speed (+30%), less noise, less drag, fuel saving (-50%) = more range

About me

Graduated from Ecole Polytechnique, and with a MSc in Naval Architecture, I worked for 13 years in the naval industry in Naval Group. First designing submarine structures, then design authority support for in-service submarines, I was then production manager for the french destroyer in Lorient. I also worked as project director for offshore patrol vessels.

In 2021, I joined SEAir to develop hydrofoil boats for defence and commercial applications. The TRANSFLYTOR project, a 20m hydrofoil boat for special operation forces, was our major defence project in the last 2 years. We also design hydrofoils for Crew Transfer Vessels for the offshore windfarms / oilfields, or ferries.
