  • The system is under NATO codification and it is battle proven during the war in Lebanon.

  • The system supported the Greek Frigate’s navigation needs as Head of the European Navy Fleet in Somalia till May 2009.

Military Service

Military service fulfilled in the Hellenic Navy, starting in COMHELSUB, Submarine Squad, having the obligation to send and receive messages for the whole Squad in a 24X7 basis. Afterwards I was transferred to the NATO COMEDEAST WAR HEADQUARTERS, telecommunications base in Agia Paraskevi for the startup of the BRASS project (Broadcast, Maritime Rear Link and Ship Shore System) on behalf of SELEX, Fin-Mechanica Group, my employer company Defenco S.A. and the Hellenic Navy.
