CNC turning and milling

We perform milling on our horizontal and vertical machining centres in a wide size range. We are able to work your products in sizes ranging from 10x10x10mm products to 1000mm sheets. Our CNC turning machinery pool is composed of the following machines: bar guided, sliding head, surfacing-and-boring lathe, twin spindle and robotic twin spindle machines. Materials used: steel and stainless steel, aluminium, copper and bronze materials.

• 30 CNC turning machines

• Maximum turnable diameter 300 mm, length 750 mm, we are able to machine bars of up to 65 mm diameter

• Robotic machining is possible between 30 and 160 mm diameters and a weight of up to 2x3kg

• 18 CNC machining centres (5 vertical, 13 horizontal)

• Machining on 4 axes

• Crane assisted up to 150kg

• If necessary we are capable of organizing 3 shift production
