Isabel Caballos Gómez

I graduated with a degree in Biotechnology in 2018 and completed a Master's in Medical Biotechnology in 2020, both from the Pablo de Olavide University of Seville. Following my vocation in innovation and science, I joined the Interuniversity Research Institute for Molecular Recognition and Technological Development (IDM) at the Polytechnic University of Valencia in 2020, where I worked in research and project management for four years. My areas of expertise include the development and optimization of new hybrid materials for sensor applications, with a focus on detecting human pathogens. After this period in public academia, I transitioned to the private sector as a Product Development Manager at Celentis, where I coordinate the development and optimization of sensors for detecting illicit drugs, guiding the product from concept to market.
