Javier Desantes

Master in International Business Management by IE Business School, Javier has more than 10 years of experience in international team management, negotiations and expansion of the largest broadcasting company in the world and a leading European company in the creation of retail investment funds in Venture Capital. He is a professional in media development, international communication, team leadership and conflict resolution. In September 2019, after boosting Station F's Founders & Fighters Programme, he moved from Paris to Valencia to start working as Head of Incubation at Demium. In almost 3 years Javier relocated first to Lisbon and Madrid, and then to Warsaw to lead most of the hubs as Regional Manager. He then led all operations at Demium Startups as Director of Operations & Innovation and ended his time at this VC as Investment Director at Demium Capital. In 2023 Javier created with its founders Akka, a new tool for retail investors in Spain were he currently works as its CEO.
