Patrick Forte

Patrick’s engineering and industrial knowhow working as production manager in an airplane factory combined with his corporate financing expertise supporting Swiss and international corporates, rounding up with his risk management experiences as a credit officer in an investment bank in New York and topped with his entrepreneurial expertise as a senior turnaround manager leading struggling firms through the financial crises, results in a senior banker which knows both worlds – the corporates and banks worlds.  Today, Patrick is the heading the Corporate Finance segment for UBS Switzerland AG. Together with several teams of Corporate Finance specialists, he is responsible for the following services:

• Complex and structured finance solution including transaction and syndication financings

• M&A advisory services for small to large Swiss and international corporates and Private Equities.

• Sell-Side advisory for real estate assets

• Growth financing and equity fundraising for Startups and fast growing Swiss companies

• Supporting Swiss real estate and corporate clients in the structuring and implementation of complex financing and hedging solutions.

• Client focused collaboration between the UBS Wealth Management and Corporate Clients segment

Patrick focused his studies on mechanical engineering and production science with a Master degree of ETH Zürich. To enhance his engineering background he added management and economic skills by graduating with an MBA from Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University Chicago).
