Codesign and prototype training

In this course you will learn the principles of co-design, why it is used, and when it is used. You will learn different techniques to involve representative users in your design process, and you will get practical tips about how to setup the sessions, how to manage participants' expectations, what types of aspects you need to pay attention to in the materials you create for co-design sessions. You will learn how you can use different types of prototyping to engage with your users and validate your assumptions at different stages of the design and development process.
