Actif is a social impact digital company established in 2021, operating in the Portuguese market for over two years. Our primary mission is to promote active and healthy ageing through cognitive training and physical activities.  Our product is an innovative online platform registered as a medical device, that offers a wide range of physical and cognitive exercises in video format, specifically designed and adapted for the older adult population. The platform creates personalised activity plans, taking into consideration users' interests, abilities, health status (assessed using scientific evaluation tools), and available resources. This collected data allows for the automatic generation of a tailored activities plan for each user, enabling us to monitor and support the user's progression effectively. Actif's platform is designed to not only enhance users' health and quality of life but also to simplify the process of planning and implementing activities. It is user-friendly, cost-effective, and technologically accessible, ensuring that older adults can easily engage with the content. Actif prioritises inclusivity, encouraging an active lifestyle regardless of physical limitations.
