Workshop 4: What are the implications of the EUs new social media rules for the rest of the world

This strong, global angle to platform regulation has a number of immediate implications, including a need to engage in DSA/DMA diplomacy to manage their global impact.

There will also be a wide scope and a need for long-term international cooperation on the DSA and DMA enforcement.

This workshop will assess these global implications of the DSA and try to identify opportunities and challenges in managing them.
