Aurelia Academy addresses the challenges of future mobility and AI integration by empowering tomorrow's female leaders. As the first leadership academy for women in mobility, we focus on #futurereadiness with two main goals:

1.     Empowering Female Leaders: We equip women with the mindset, tools, and networks to impact the mobility sector positively. Our programs, mentorship, and community-building initiatives prepare them to lead in e-mobility and AI integration.

2.     Shaping a Positive Force in Europe: We build a community of female leaders who drive change and innovation internationally. By fostering collaboration and support, we prepare these leaders to tackle industry challenges and promote diversity and inclusion as innovation drivers.

Aurelia Academy aims to bridge the gender gap in mobility, transforming individuals, organizations, and the industry by developing leaders ready to integrate AI in international management.
