I'd like to discuss how our expanders can get the best impact - saving up to 20% energy consumption in heat pumps & refrigeration systems.

About me
Since starting my career with a PhD in theretical Fluid Mechanics from the Technical University of Denmark in 2012, I've driven by a deep curiosity about physics, seeking to understand how things work at the deepest level, and how we can make solutions that save energy while being practical for real-world impact.
My organisation
Zero Entropy develops expanders for improving the efficiency of heat pumps and refrigeration systems. Currently, a significant portion of energy is lost in a thermodynamic "dead end". Our expanders make use of this energy, reducing overall energy consumption by 20%.
Our prototypes work in R744 (CO2) driven heat pumps, with the first demonstration installations planned in 2025.
