My organisation

Floating Power Plant (FPP) is a Danish technology developer, focused at providing solutions for large scale green hydrogen production offshore and high-quality renewable power. This is achieved by combining floating wind with a combination of a hydrogen system, battery and/or wave energy convertors.

FPP will deploy the world's first integrated floating wind and hydrogen project in Gran Canaria in 2027 (co-funded by over €30m from the EU's Innovation Fund and Renmarinas grants). The strong pipeline of commercial projects to follow includes island communities, oil and gas platform electrifications and hydrogen production for natural gas enrichment, e-fuels and power production.
