About me
Iulia Prodan is the European Projects Director at the Romanian GeoExchange Society where she is committed to advancing geothermal energy solutions and promoting sustainability initiatives at the national level. Iulia Prodan is involved also in both research&academia and private sector. On the private sector she is the Founder of GreenTAGS a company specializing on energy geostructures and the creation of local renewable energy sources. On research side, her interests span between developing innovative geothermal energy systems and environmental friendly solutions for soil stabilization. She participated in a variety of European Projects and notably, she was honored with an EIC Transition Grant of 2 mil Euro for developing an innovative technology to stabilize soils. Through her roles, she is passionate about leveraging her 12+ years expertise and experience to create a greener, more sustainable future for generations to come.
