Worldwide urban population is expected to double by 2050. Two solutions currently exist, making cities bigger at the expense of nature or densifying at the expense of human quality of life. At MIROS, we are betting on a third solution, we optimize the use of buildings we already have by making them transformable and adaptive to human needs. This way, we make a huge positive impact on the environment with up to 30% reduction of constructed volume needs per company and personal residence while keeping the exact same functions. We are bringing all stakeholders on board, from politics, real estate developers, architects, but also the users through our smart and transformable furniture to are controllable at the click of a button!
