The AI-powered call center application we aim to develop will greet users with an AI agent, providing an interactive and intelligent customer experience while significantly reducing call center costs.

  • Identity Verification: User information will be collected, and if necessary, security questions will be used for identity verification.

  • NLP-Based Process Routing: The user's voice request will be analyzed using NLP and directed to the relevant service.

  • Automated Response: Additional information will be gathered as needed, and the request will be processed, with a voice response provided.

In a brief flow, the customer will be greeted by the switchboard and state their request verbally. The speech will be converted to text, which will then be analyzed using LLM and NLP to determine the intended action. If additional details are required, the system will prompt the user with a voice response. Once all necessary data is collected, the process will be completed, and an LLM-generated text response will be created. The text will then be converted into speech and presented to the user.

By automating customer interactions, this system will significantly reduce call center costs while improving efficiency, ensuring customer requests are handled quickly, accurately, and seamlessly.
