Europe and Mobilities. PL Presidency Conference.

Third day of the "Europe and Mobilities" conference will be focused around possibilities of building consortia for calls for proposals of Cluster 2 under Horizon Europe programme. These calls are scheduled to open mid may and so timing of the Conference will provide an excellent opportunity for participants to present their ideas for projects and discuss joint proposals.

Agenda of this day consists of three main points:

1. Information day for 2025 calls for proposals. During this session you will receive all necessary information about thematic scope of the calls and it will prepare you for next features of this day.

2. Pitch presentation session. During this session you are invited to present your project ideas and collaboration offers addressing selected topics from the 2025 Work Programme of Cluster 2 "Culture, Creativity and Inclusive Society". You can present as:

   • Project Coordinators: Present your research or innovation ideas to find suitable partners.

   • Potential Partners: Share your expertise and express interest in joining consortia.

   To participate in pitch session:

   • Download the Template: Access the official presentation template from the RESOURCES section below.

   • Prepare Your Presentation: Ensure your presentation:

     • Follows the provided template.

     • Does not exceed the specified number of slides.

     • Clearly outlines your project idea or collaboration offer.

   • Submit Your Presentation: Send your completed presentation to Mr. Mikołaj Pyczak at mikolaj.pyczak@ncbr.gov.pl by 3 June 2025 12:00 CET.

   • NOTE: Due to the thematic scope of this Polish Presidency Event, pitch session will be limited to selected topics of the CL2 2025 Work Programme, that fit the thematic scope of the conference. Titles of those selected topics as well as Work Programme with topic descriptions can be found in the RESOURCES section below.

3. Brokerage meetings. We provide you with a matchmaking system that will allow you to set up direct onsite face-to-face meetings with other participants of the "Europe and Mobilities" conference. These 15-minute long meetings will allow you to discuss potential collaboration for 2025 Cluster 2 calls.
   Matchmaking system is now open, so:

   • make sure your profile contains useful and up-to-date information about you, your team and organization. This will be essential to build interest around your profile and be seen for other participants of brokerage meetings

   • browse participants list and send in meeting invitations. All bilateral meetings will take place on-site in the afternoon of the third day of the event.
