Europe and Mobilities. PL Presidency Conference.

Third day of the "Europe and Mobilities" conference will be focused around possibilities of building consortia for calls for proposals of Cluster 2 under Horizon Europe programme. These calls are scheduled to open mid may and so timing of the Conference will provide an excellent opportunity for participants to present their ideas for projects and discuss joint proposals.

Agenda of this day consists of three main points:

1. Information day for 2025 calls for proposals. During this session you will receive all necessary information about thematic scope of the calls and it will prepare you for next features of this day.

2. Pitch presentation session. You will be invited to present you project ideas addressing one of the topics from the 2025 Work Programme of Cluster 2 "Culture, Creativity and Inclusive Society". Due to the thematic scope of the Polish Presidency Event, this session will be limited mostly to one part of the CL2 2025 Work Programme, namely "Destination 3 Innovative Research on Social and Economic Transformations" but will also include some other topics from Destination 1 "Democracy and Governance" and Destination 2 "European Cultural Heritage and Cultural and Creative Industries" that fit the thematic scope of the conference. Collaboration offers (should you only choose to be a project partner) will also be accepted. More details on how to apply to present your pitch will be provided later.

3. Brokerage meetings. We will provide you with a matchmaking system that will allow you to set up direct onsite face-to-face meetings with other participants of the "Europe and Mobilities" conference. These 15-minute long meetings will allow you to discuss potential collaboration for 2025 Cluster 2 calls. More details on how to and when use our matchmaking system will be provided later. For now, make sure your profile contains useful and up-to-date information about you, your team and organization. This will be essential to build interest around your profile and be seen for other participants of brokerage meetings.
