In the implementation phase , you can benefit from our strengths in project management & communication : act as the intermediary with European Commission (EC) for all communications; submit the deliverables and reports  ;quality-checking documents submitted by the beneficiaries ; monitoring the progress of the project and Grant Agreement (GA) and drafting amendments to the GA ; develop of training programs , educational materials and the commercialization strategy for your project- Business Plan , Market Analysis , Investor Pitch Deck ; modern communication tools .
