The second phase involves the necessary sections to proceed with a future company valuation, a) Value Proposition: Solution advantages within the value chain; b) Commercialisation Roadmap; c) Business case & Financial forecasts; d) Review of the Cost Structure and Regulatory Framework; e) Financial Planning and Funding Sources along the growth stage.
