Our Marine Plastic Cleanup-as-a-Service provides a fully integrated, data-driven solution for coastal governments, ports, and corporations to detect, remove, and restore marine ecosystems efficiently. 1. Detection-as-a-Service – AI-powered satellite-based monitoring of marine plastic spots. 2. Intervention-as-a-Service – Pay-per-ton decentralized cleanups leveraging local value chains (fishing vessels, NGOs, recyclers) with blockchain-based traceability. 3. Impact-as-a-Service – Ocean Bound Plastic offset credits and ESG reports for sustainability, EPR, and environmental compliance. Our ideal customers are corporations, coastal authorities, ports, and other stakeholders who have a regulatory, reputational, or financial incentive to monitor, remove, and report marine plastic pollution. We are an EIT Climate KIC portfolio company. In April 2023, our project results were published on the EC Horizon Results Platform: https://ec.europa.eu/info/funding-tenders/opportunities/portal/screen/opportunities/horizon-results-platform/58919.  Since then, our approach has gained significant traction across the Black Sea region. We have already established all needed strategic partnerships along the Romanian Black Sea Coast to effectively deploy our interventions. In September 2024, we won the Black Sea Common Maritime Agenda (CMA) 2024 Project Award for Healthy Marine & Coastal Ecosystems (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LiTXM7Yibx0) and our success story was published by the Black Sea CMA in October 2024 (https://black-sea-maritime-agenda.ec.europa.eu/recycllux-success-story-fighting-marine-plastic-pollution-black-sea). This provides us visibility among Black Sea stakeholders and reinforces our credibility. In January 2025, our action, "Data-driven platform to tackle marine plastic pollution," was officially included in the EU Mission Restore Our Ocean and Waters Charter, further reinforcing our credibility at the European level (https://maritime-forum.ec.europa.eu/theme/research/mission-ocean-and-waters_en).
