Anne Swartjes

I am a grant consultant at Hezelburcht with a strong background in chemistry, circularity and sustainability. I have worked on proposals for various national (Dutch) funding schemes as well as European schemes, such as Horizon, LIFE, Innovation Fund, but also ERC schemes, EIC Transition and MSCA Doctoral Networks. I am highly motivated by helping companies, researchers and start ups find and obtain the funding suitable for their projects. I have a strong background in chemistry and did my PhD in Molecular Nanotechnology with Professor Dr. Roeland Nolte at Radboud University, where I researched encoding binary information onto polymer chains via a molecular machine.
