Copernicus Coastal Hub
About
Launched at the General Assembly of Copernicus Marine in June 2023, the Copernicus Coastal Hub is one of the four Thematic Hubs operated by the European Commission to facilitate access to Earth Observation data on specific themes from all the Copernicus services. Other hubs include the Arctic, Energy, and Health hubs.
The Copernicus Coastal Hub represents a single entry point for all Copernicus services data on European Coastal regions. The Coastal Hub supplies a large amount of free and open scientific data to monitor coastal areas, facilitate informed decision-making and support the European Green Deal by fostering the sustainable use of marine resources.
The Copernicus Coastal Hub is operated by Mercator Ocean international in collaboration with EEA, ECMWF, JRC, EUMETSAT, ESA, SatCen, EMSA and FRONTEX.
