Pitch Session 5- Nurturing the blue bioeconomy innovation ecosystem

Description:

The pitch will examine the blue bioeconomy innovation cycle, including education, research and entrepreneurship. It will specifically outline innovative resources that recent graduates and early-stage startups can tap into to bring their ideas into the market, focusing on developing the necessary skills and making the most out of existing support mechanisms. The pitch is organised as a collaboration between several relevant EU-funded projects, notably BlueBioTechpreneurs, BlueBioClusters, AlgaeProBanos, WinBig and Baltic MUPPETS. Contributions from EU-based blue biotech startups and graduates will connect the projects with real-life experiences.

The pitch targets all actors working on and around the blue bioeconomy: researchers, entrepreneurs, policymakers, HE students and graduates, regional support clusters, innovation agencies, etc.
